Share Joy Challenge 45

Hi everyone! Today there is a new Share Joy Challenge and this week it’s a sketch and color challenge. I decided to go with the color challenge this week and I paired it up with this pretty Wildflower Bouquet stamp from Taylored Expressions. I love these flower stamps!! This card is for a friend at work who lost her mom last week.

To start my card I stamped the flowers on Sugar Cube cardstock using Oreo Taylored Expressions Ink and then colored them with Copic markers. After coloring them I die cut them using the coordinating Wildflower Bouquest die. Then I die cut the Circles Cutting Plate from copy paper and used it as a stencil with Strawberry Milkshake ink to put a subtle pattern behind the flowers. I die cut this with the largest Stitched Rectangle Stacklets die (this might be my most used die ever, lol). I added a bit of ivory twine around the jar and a few clear sequins and I was done. On the inside I stenciled the pattern again with Strawberry Milkshake and stamped a sentiment from Care & Comfort II.
