Are you ready for some new stamps! We have so super cute sets to share with you today. Today I am previewing two brand new Taylored Expressions sets. The first card I am previewing uses the super cute Fruity Friends concepted by Wanda Guess and drawn by Emily Burger to add to the Embracing Grace line at TE. This is a full size set that includes 20 images and sweet punny sentiments (and they are ALL super cute!). All Taylored Expressions sets are made of premium red rubber, are premounted on EZ Mount cling foam and are pretrimmed so they are ready to use as soon as you get them.

Fruity Friends by Jen Shults

I started off with a 5.25″ square card base made of Bitter Chocolate Bazzill cardstock and layered with Echo Park’s This and That Graceful. I stamped three of the super cute Fruity Friends, masking each one as I stamped them on Choice Snow White cardstock in Memento Rich Cocoa ink and colored them with Copics. The scalloped border is punched with an EK Success edger punch and I used an EK corner rounder to round the corners of the sentiment panel. The buttons are from a grab bag of buttons I got at a local sewing store. Lastly to finish off the card I sponged everything with Ranger Vintage Photo Distress Ink (now available in the Taylored Expressions store!) and added a bit of May Arts Twine to the buttons.

My second card of the day uses the absolutely gorgeous new set designed by Nancy McKinney for the Whimsical Wishes line called Make It Amazing. This is a full sized set that comes with 19 images and sentiments and has three sets of coordinating dies that are available separately.

Make It Amazing by Jen Shults

For my card I started with this month’s gorgeous London Market Project Pantry Kit. I then stamped the sentiment on Choice Snow White cardstock using Memento Rich Cocoa Ink and die cut it using the coordinating Frame It Up 3 Die. I layered the main sentiment panel more paper from the Project Pantry Kit and I cut the middle layer out using Frame I Up 1. I finished everything off with a bit of May Arts Twine Thread, a button, and 4 white pearls colored to match the paper with Copics. The main sentiment panel is propped up on 1/8″ foam tape to make is stand out a bit.

The inside is decorated to match and features on of the gorgeous butterflies from the Make It Amazing set as well as the coordinating Elegant Butterflies dies.

These dies were used in my projects today:

Now be sure to hop around and comment on all of the DT projects today to be entered to win $10 Gift Certificate to Taylored Expressions. Winners will be announced on Thursday on Taylor’s blog.
