Taylored Expressions June Sneak Peeks: Wash.Dry.Repeat and The Little Things

Loads of Fun by Jen ShultsToday I broke out the Copics for two new fun cards using two super adorable new stamps from Taylored Expressions! These stamps will be available tomorrow at 9 am CST.

First up is Wash.Dry.Repeat. That title name cracks me up – I know I feel like thats all I do most days, lol. I started out by stamping the laundry basket and masking it off by stamping it a second time on a post-it note and trimming it then laying the post-it over the original stamped image. I then inked up the girl from the stamp set and stamped her just slightly behind the basket. Once I removed the post-it note mask I was ready to get started coloring.

The layout I used comes from Retrosketches 117. The patterned paper I used is from Doodlebugs Kraft in Color: Color paper pad.

Next up I made a clean and simple card using The Little Things. I love this adorable stamp set! It’s so much fun. I stamped the large image on a piece of Choice Snow White cardstock and colored it with Copics. Wanting to keep this pretty simple I then trimmed out the image and matted it with light blue and mounted that on a white cardbase – DONE! This will make a perfect any time card. 🙂
