TE August Sneak Peeks: Tags and Coffins!
Hi everyone! It’s day three of Taylored Expressions August Sneak Peeks and today I have some fun goodies to share. All of the adorable things you’ll see today are available Thursday August 3, 2017 starting at 7 am PST.
My first project is a fun little set of tags using Peek-a-Boo – Halloween and Build a Tag 1. These were super quick and easy to make. I started the tags by stamping all the little critters on Sugar Cube cardstock with Oreo ink and coloring them with Copic markers. Next I die cut the tag elements from various colors of cardstock (listed below). I stamped the Happy Halloween sentiment from Peek-a-Boo Halloween on the bottoms of each tag in Versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The banners shown are from Banner Stacklets 1 (I double cut the ends to make the double fish tail). I assembled everything using foam tape between every other layer. I added the twine to tie them onto treats and I was done!

My second project is this adorable coffin treat box featuring two new sets from TE. The coffin treat boxes come to you pre-cut in sets of 10 (5 dark silver and 5 Oreo). I started by assembling the coffin and setting it aside. I used Label Stacklets 11 to cut a piece of Sugar Cube cardstock that I sponged with Candy Corn, Plum Punch and Blue Corn ink. I used this to line the back of a die cut from From the Crypt – Haunted cut from Oreo cardstock. I stamped the sentiment on the bottom section of the die cut and heat embossed in white.
When you open the coffin you find a fun little surprise along with what ever treats you want to put in!
This adorable little vampire is from the new Mum’s the Word Stamp and Die Combo. I stamped him on Sugar Cube and colored him with Copic markers. I lined the inside of the box with a die cut from Label Stacklets 11 in Cherry Pop cardstock and attached the vampire. 🙂
