TE May Sneak Peeks Day 1: My Super Hero
Hi everyone! It’s time for May Sneak Peeks from Taylored Expressions! We will be sharing new goodies this week with everything being available for purchase on Thursday, May 4 at 7 am PST.
I am so so loving this release. We have many fun products to share with you! First up is one of my absolute favorites – Pow! Boom! Wow! This stamp set features a cute collection of mix and match onomatopoeia exclamations along with word bubbles and super hero accessories. These coordinate perfectly with the new My Super Hero Stamp & Die Combo!
To start my card I cut a piece of 4.25 x 5.5″ Sugar Cube cardstock and used my MISTI to stamp a random arrangement of words from Pow! Boom! Wow! I colored these with Copics. Next I stamped the boy super hero from My Super Hero Stamp & Die Combo on Sugar Cube and die cut him. I kept the rest of the card simple so the background could shine. I cut a medium sized frame using Stitched Frame Stacklets from Cherry Pop cardstock and lined it with velum. I stamped the sentiment on Lemon Meringue cardstock and trimmed it with Banner Stacklets 4. I assemble everything with foam squares.

My second card today features three new TE products – Space Cadet and Space Cadet dies, Downtown Border Underlay and Twinkle Background. I started my card by stamping the Twinkle Background stamp on Blue Corn cardstock with Versamark and heat embossing it in white. Then I die cut the city skyline using Downtown Border in Oreo and the Downtown Border Underlay in Potato Chip. I cut a few hills using Build a Scene Rolling Hills cut from Sweet Basil and Granny Smith cardstock. I die cut Wispy Grass Border from Granny Smith and added a few Copic accents.
I stamped the Astronaut cat and space ship from Space Cadet on Sugar Cube cardstock using Oreo ink. I colored them with Copics and die cut them. To finish the card I stamped the sentiment on Sugar Cube and die cut it with Little Bits – Let’s Talk Bubble 2.
