TE Sneak Peeks: Happy Birthday Llama and Scandinavian Bird-house

Isn’t this llama adorable! I love this new Look Who’s Talking stamp set!!

I have two more cards to share with you today. The first uses the super adorable Look Who’s Talking stamp and die set. These critters are so fun – I love the expressions on this Llama!!

I kept my layout simple stenciling a piece of Sugar Cube with the Double Diamond stencil and pastel TE inks. I then stamped and colored the Llama on Sugar Cube cardstock using Copic markers. I used a stippling technique for the fur. I cut a circle from the background and lined it with a circle border made using Stitched Circle Stacklets and Inside Scallop Circle Stacklets. I stamped the sentiment on Earl Grey cardstock and heat embossed in white.

My second card uses all the Scandinavian goodies from this release (I LOVE THEM!!). I started by tone on tone stamping on Salt Water Taffy with the Scandinavian Spring background.

I sponged Pineapple ink in a gradient on Sugar Cube cardstock and then die cut a banner and layered it with the sentiment from Folk Art Phrases and elements from Folk Art – Spring.
