TE Sneak Peeks: Scandinavian Llamas
Hi everyone! Welcome to day 3 of Taylored Expressions February 2019 Sneak Peeks. All of the products you see today will be available tomorrow to purchase from the TE webstore.
The first project I have to share is a two card set using the new Folk Art Tulip Stencil and Folk Art Phrases. The little birdie is from the Folk Art – Spring die set (IT’S AMAZING!!!). To make this two card set I stenciled an A2 piece of Sugar Cube with Lime Zest and Cookie Monster through the Folk Art Tulip Stencil. I cut the piece in half vertically to create two backgrounds. I stamped the sentiments on Lime Zest and Cookie Monster cardstock and heat embossed them with white embossing powder. Die cut with Stitched Rectangle Stacklets and matted with Sugar Cube cut with Petite Scalloped Rectangle Stacklets. I added a small Lemon Meringue bird from Folk Art – Spring. To finish up I added a few NUVO Crystal Drops in white.

My second card is a clean and simple card I put together using new Llama dies from Taylored Expressions called No Llama Drama. This adorable Llama comes with all the accessories needed for a variety of fun cards. The banners behind the llama are die cut from Skinny Mini Fiesta Border. The talk bubble I used for the sentiment is Little Bits – Let’s Talk Bubble 1. To add a bit of extra I drew in some stitching on the edges and used my Score Pal to score some lines at the top and bottom.
