Ribbons and sparkle and merry galore! Create a card inspired by the decorations of the season!
For my card I wanted to keep things really clean and simple and festive. I love this type of card and when I used to buy my own Christmas cards this is exactly the type of card I would reach for. I went stampless for my card this time and just used a lot of Verve dies and accessories. 🙂
I started my card with a kraft cardbase and then built the tree out of a few dies. I started with a Pennant die from Spellbinders for the triangle and then used the larges Flag It Die for the trunk. For the trim on the tree I used the Shine Bright Sequin Mix from Verve and the Flourish Trim die cut into a few pieces. I used one of the dies from the Starry Die set to top the three. The hills are cut from vellum and lined with Frosted Lace Stickles which I also used to make the falling snow in the background. I tied a little twine bow around the trunk and done. 🙂
